Guest Cottage Located 150 feet from the Mansion, and located just three blocks from Biltmore Estate in Asheville, this 1,300 square-foot 1915 bungalow sits just up the path above our croquet lawn and English perennial gardens; a quaint haven, representative of the arts and crafts period. Nestled on more than one acre of land in the heart of Asheville, the one-story 1915 Cottage features a large porch for afternoon sitting, interior high ceilings, plush sofas, and cozy furnishings, a private drive and parking. A great retreat for a week stay or a relaxing weekend.
Guest Cottage Room #1: A cottage-style queen bed graces the bedroom, and a modern tub with shower complement your private bath. A separate sitting area with mission style antiques, offers space to recline and enjoy the Plasma TV with DVD, a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave – All this and over one acre of wooded area just outside your door. Can be combined with Guest Cottage #2 to sleep up to 6 people. Carriage House Located 100 feet from the Mansion, located just three blocks from Biltmore Estate in Asheville, this 2,400 square-foot Carriage House was originally used to store the horse and buggies used by the family of the Cedar Crest. It was recently renovated and converted from the owners' quarters to furnished rooms for the guests of the Cedar Crest Inn.  The two-story 1890 Carriage House features vaulted ceilings, offers two guestrooms and a two bedroom suite, a large living room with fireplace, plush sofa, and elegant furnishings, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition to a front porch appointed with wicker furnishings, a large 900 square-foot deck is located off the main living room and will be appreciated by family and friends.  A board game of monopoly by a crackling wood-burning fireplace will delight those content to snuggle in. Utilize the large kitchen for hot chocolate or a late-night snack, and help yourself to a cup of tea before you stroll over in the morning, for homemade Belgian waffles or other fancy fare. It is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing in Asheville or at Biltmore Estate. This beautiful home has the feeling of a mini bed and breakfast. Rooms are available separately and can be combined for entire house use. Discounts are provided when the entire home is rented. Carriage House Room #1: This original master bedroom located on the main floor, features a high board, king bed with double sitting chairs, a walk-in closet, and a 26-inch LCD plasma TV hidden in a armore dating back to 1850.  Gracious windows overlook the grounds of the Cedar Crest. A large master bath provides marble floors and a door to the outside 900 sq ft deck. Sunday - Thursday $190 Friday or Saturday,* Plus Oct., Nov. & Dec. $215 Rates are Double Occupancy, Each additional person is $30/night		Carriage House Room #2: A large bedroom located on the main floor offers a mission Oak large high back king bed, a beautiful tile bath with walk-in shower, antique armoires and dressers and a 26-inch plasma TV. Carriage House Suite (Room #3): This 2 bedroom suite is located on the second floor of the carriage house. Both rooms are furnished in cottage furniture and feature a queen bed in one room and double bed in the other. These rooms share a bath that features a tile shower/tub. It's ideal for two to four persons. Sunday - Thursday $225 Friday or Saturday,* Plus Oct., Nov. & Dec $245 Rates are Double Occupancy, Each additional person is $30/night
Reservation & Deposit Policies *Two night minimum on weekends. One night weekend reservations may be accommodated upon request or availability with a $35  fee, please call for update. A minimum deposit in the form of a check, money order, or credit card is due within 7 days upon receipt of confirmation. This deposit is 50% of the entire balance, or the full amount for a one night stay. Deposit applicable to the last day's reservation. Balance due upon check-in. Most credit cards accepted. All rates listed are for double occupancy. Additional persons are $30/each per night. Cancellations:  Deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (LESS A $25 CANCELLATION FEE PER NIGHT AND PER ROOM / SUITE). A 30-day cancellation applies in all cases the entire year. After the 30-day rule no longer applies, you are then held responsible for the FULL rental period and all deposits paid and unpaid are non-refundable. Special events and whole house cancellations are subject to loss of the entire deposit. Check-in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Special arrangements may be made for arrivals after 9 pm with advance notice. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
