The Victorian Wedding for up to 30
Total Package $4,500
Includes Two Beautiful Nights in your choice of the Serenity or Queen Anne Suite. A private Event Coordinator is provided Free of Charge.

Your plated dinner reception for 30 guests will take place in the Mansion’s Main Dining Room, Grand Parlor and/or Veranda. This includes your choice of Dinner entrée with vegetable, salad, bread, coffee, tea, lemonade or iced tea.

The Grand Wedding for up to 40

The ENTIRE Mansion, Cottage and Carriage House are yours for Two Nights. Your Ceremony can take place in many locations, including The Veranda, The Grande Parlor, Flower or Gazebo Gardens (Weather Permitting) or local Church. A private Event Coordinator is provided Free of Charge.
Included with this package: Flowers for Bride, Groom and 3 Attendants, Minister, Taped Music, Wedding Cake for 40, Setup and Cleanup. Your Plated dinner reception will take place in the Mansions Main Dining Room, Grand Parlor, Main Vestibule or Veranda. This includes choice of 2 Dinner Entrees with vegetable, salad, bread, coffee, tea, lemonade or iced tea.

The Fine Print…
- Hotel Accommodations for up to 36 people.
- Parties requiring additional hotel reservations are handled by The Cedar Crest staff.
- Weddings taking place in Flower Gardens, Gazebo or grounds is weather permitting.
- In the event of Inclement weather alternative plans will be arranged.
- White Linens & china, glassware and silverware will be house stock only. Color is extra
- Depending upon Date selection additional charges will be added for Friday, Saturday, or Holidays.
- All Events are based on 4 hour time frame. Additional hours are billed at $400 per hour.
Reservation Policies
- Facilities are secured upon the receipt of the signed proposal with a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $ 500.00.
- Events over $2000 will be charged at 50% of total and all balances are due 30 prior to event.
- The facility fee includes: pre-wedding portrait photography privileges, use of the gardens and grounds, wedding rehearsal.
- A final guest count is due 14 days before the event.
- If an outdoor event is planned and without rented tent, management reserves the right to relocate to an indoor location. If forecast of 30% or more chance of inclement weather.
- If you have any guests that will be arriving in motor coaches or motor homes, notify the Events Manager as they cannot be utilized on the Cedar Crest Grounds.
- We respectfully ask that you not toss rice at the bride and groom. Birdseed, Flower Petals or Blowing Bubbles would be a better alternative.
- We will be happy to assist you in planning any sound, lighting or entertainment.
- Any outdoor or indoor entertainment must conclude by 9:00 PM.
