Plenty of space: The grand Victorian Inn and four acres of gardens allow for plenty of spaces to relax with your someone special, friends and family. The grand foyer and staircase is paneled in oak with an imposing grand fireplace, a perfect place to sip your morning coffee. Located adjacent to the foyer is the Study, another comfortable gathering spot. The Veranda provides plenty of covered outdoor space with tables and rocking chairs.
In addition to our grand Victorian Mansion, the Cottage and Carriage House offers additional guest rooms. Current Ownership A historic preservation investment company, now owns the inn and works closely with the Preservation Society of Asheville to continue to care for this historic property. This group specializes in acquiring, preserving and operating historic real estate in urban markets. They partner with investors, property owners, developers, and local preservation organizations to acquire, redevelop, and preserve historic real estate – stimulating economic growth, and protecting the cultural and historical fabric of communities.
